GOLF CARTS

Hi … recently we checked a set of 8 volt trojan batteries that needed replacing they were supposed to be 48 v0lt they were lucky to be 24 volt the older gentleman then kept driving his Yamaha golf cart for a few weeks after me telling him be wary when i put his new batteries in the cart surged and played up, i have put thousands of sets of batteries in carts over 15 years and never struck this before i then sent him to the Yamaha golf cart mechanics that worked out the problem, the controller that is more or less the same as your computer in your car does not work properly when your batteries are under voltage and in golf carts especially in older Yamahas they ruin the controller so any of you golf cart owners do not be like your golfing counterpart trying to save a few dollars cost him more
hope this tip helps you.. your battery specialist
